1. What this website is

idiasolution.com is an informational website. It describes IDIA Solution, its business divisions, its published products and its roadmap, hosts an intro film and an AI Prompt Library resource page, and provides a contact form. There is no account, subscription, paid plan or software service delivered through this website.

The site is currently in a trial and beta phase. Content, product names, features and timelines describe planned work and may change without notice.

2. Using the site responsibly

You may read, share and link to our pages freely. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, probe its security, or misuse the contact form. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. The contact form

When you submit the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are your own and accurate, and that your message does not contain confidential third-party information or sensitive personal or medical data. We store your submission and email you an acknowledgement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sending us a message does not create a contract, a client relationship or any professional duty of care. Unsolicited ideas or proposals are received on a non-confidential basis unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual property

The IDIA Solution name, logo, product names, page copy, artwork, intro film and its soundtrack are owned by IDIA Solution or licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more — republishing, reselling or building derivative products — needs our written permission. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

The prompts published in our AI Prompt Library may be copied and adapted freely for your own teaching, study or work.

5. Links to our products and third-party sites

Product cards on this site link to separate websites such as learnidia.com, mathidia.com, chingelish.com and healthidia.com. Each of those services has its own terms and privacy policy, and any account you create lives there — never on this corporate site. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

6. No professional or medical advice

7. Availability and liability

This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error. 8. No payments on this website

We do not sell anything and take no payments through idiasolution.com, so no refund or cancellation terms apply here. If a product introduces paid plans in future, its pricing and refund terms will be published on that product’s own website.

• We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
