Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

1. What we own

Unless stated otherwise, everything published on this website is owned by IDIA Solution: page copy, the design system and layout, illustrations and product artwork, the IDIA Solution logo, the intro film, its original instrumental soundtrack (composed for us and used under our own rights) and the underlying source code.

The names IDIA Solution, Learnidia, Mathidia, Chingelish and Healthidia, together with their logos, are our brand assets. Product logos shown on this site are used to identify our own products.

2. What you may do without asking

• Link to any page on this website.
• Quote short extracts of our text with clear attribution to IDIA Solution and a link to the source page.
• Copy, adapt and use the prompts in our AI Prompt Library for your own teaching, study or work — no attribution required.
• Reference us factually in press, research or educational material.

3. What needs written permission

• Republishing substantial parts of our pages, film or artwork.
• Using our logos or product marks in your own product, packaging, app or marketing.
• Any use that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
• Commercial redistribution of our film, soundtrack or images.

4. Third-party materials

Typefaces on this site (Sora and Manrope) are open-source fonts served by Google Fonts and used under their respective licences. Interface icons come from the open-source Lucide icon set. Where any third-party material is included, its own licence applies.

5. Reporting infringement (takedown requests)

This website does not host user-uploaded content — there is no upload feature — so third-party material appears here only if we have published it ourselves. If you believe something on idiasolution.com infringes your rights, email team@idiasolution.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent;
• the URL of the page and a description of the specific material concerned;
• identification of the original work you own;
• a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review notices promptly, usually within five business days, and will remove or replace material where a claim is well-founded. If you believe we removed something in error, reply to our decision with your reasons and we will reconsider.

6. Your own material

If you send us content in a message or as part of a proposal, you keep ownership of it. You grant us permission only to read, store and use it as needed to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
