Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 6 August 2026
IDIA Solution aims to make this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA where practical. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a later addition.
What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and labelled navigation landmarks.
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, forms, cookie preferences and the intro film controls, with visible focus indicators.
- Colour contrast checked against our royal-blue palette, with light plates behind logos that would otherwise sit on low-contrast panels.
- Descriptive alternative text on images and accessible names on icon-only controls.
- Closed captions for our intro film, plus volume and mute controls.
- Form fields with visible labels, inline error messages and programmatic invalid states.
- Responsive layouts that work from small mobile screens upwards, with text that reflows when zoomed.
Known limitations
This site is in a trial and beta phase. The intro film has no separate audio description track, and some decorative artwork carries only minimal description. We are working on both.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, email team@idiasolution.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and will offer the information you need in an alternative format if a fix will take longer.
