AI Disclaimer

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Artificial intelligence sits at the centre of what we build, so we want to be plain about where it is used, what it does well, and where human judgement is still required.

1. AI on this website

This corporate website contains no interactive AI feature: there is no chatbot, no assistant and no AI processing of anything you type. The contact form is a plain form — your message is stored and emailed to our team, and a human replies.

Some copy, artwork and the intro film on this site were produced with the help of AI tooling and then reviewed and approved by our team before publication.

2. The AI Prompt Library

Our AI Prompt Library is an educational resource. The prompts are written to be used with third-party AI assistants of your choosing; we do not run those models and we never see what you send to them. Output quality depends on the model, the subject and how you adapt the prompt. Always review AI output for accuracy before relying on it — particularly for assessment, grading or anything a learner will read as fact.

3. AI in our products

Products described on this site — including Learnidia, Mathidia, Chingelish and Healthidia — use AI to support learning and organisation. Those products are operated on their own websites with their own terms, privacy policies and AI notices, and this page does not replace them.

Across everything we build, we hold to the following principles:

  • AI assists people; it does not replace teachers, clinicians or your own judgement.
  • AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and results vary with the input provided.
  • You keep ownership of the content you create or submit; we process it only to deliver the feature you asked for.
  • AI-generated explanations, summaries, suggestions and metadata should be reviewed before being relied upon.
  • We do not use AI to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Health and education content

AI-supported health features help you record and organise information. They do not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Likewise, AI-supported learning features support study but do not guarantee any academic outcome. See our Disclaimer.

5. Questions and feedback

If an AI feature in one of our products behaves in a way that seems wrong or unfair, tell us at team@idiasolution.com. Feedback of this kind directly shapes how we build.
