Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy sets out how idiasolution.com may and may not be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Encouraged use
Read our pages, watch the intro film, copy and adapt prompts from the AI Prompt Library for your own teaching, study or work, share links to any page, and contact us with enquiries, partnership ideas, accessibility feedback or security reports.
2. Prohibited activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to this website, our database, our email systems or any connected infrastructure.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing our systems without our prior written permission, or attempting to bypass rate limits and form validation.
- Submitting the contact form automatically or in bulk, sending spam, phishing or advertising material, or impersonating another person.
- Sending malware, malicious links or deliberately malformed data through any form on this site.
- Scraping the site at a rate that degrades service for others, or mirroring it wholesale.
- Using our name, logo or product names in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content through any channel we operate.
- Reverse-engineering or interfering with the delivery of our pages, film or assets.
3. Please keep sensitive data out of messages
Our contact form is a general enquiry channel, not a secure clinical or financial channel. Do not send medical records, identity documents, passwords or payment details through it. If your enquiry requires sensitive information, write to us first and we will agree a suitable route.
4. Enforcement
We may block requests, filter submissions, or take technical and legal action against activity that breaches this policy. Automated and abusive submissions may be discarded without notice. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities or hosting providers.
5. Reporting abuse or security issues
If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately to team@idiasolution.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids service disruption and does not access data belonging to others. More detail is on our Security & Privacy page.
