1. Who we are

IDIA Solution (“IDIA Solution”, “we”, “us”) builds digital products across education, healthcare, artificial intelligence and business technology. This website is our corporate presence: it describes the company, its divisions and its products.

2. This website has no accounts

There is no sign-up, login, user profile, dashboard, payment or file upload on idiasolution.com. You can read every page without identifying yourself. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Information we collect

Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form on our homepage, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you type. This is the only personal data you actively give us.

Email correspondence. If you email team@idiasolution.com directly, we hold your message and address in order to reply.

Technical request data. Like every website, our hosting provider processes standard request information (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, requested page) in server logs, which are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.

Local storage on your device. We store your cookie choice, and — only if you allow functional storage — preferences such as the volume and caption settings for our intro film. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for special category data (such as health data) on this website. Please do not include sensitive personal or medical details in a contact form message.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry — legitimate interests, and performance of a pre-contractual step where you are asking about working with us. We also send you an automatic acknowledgement email confirming that your message arrived.
• To keep the website secure and available — legitimate interests in preventing abuse, spam and outages.
• To remember your cookie choice — legal obligation and, for optional functional storage, your consent.
• To meet legal and accounting duties — compliance with applicable law.

5. Automated spam filtering

Our contact form includes a hidden field (a “honeypot”) and validation rules that block automated submissions. This is a simple technical filter; there is no profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.

6. How long we keep information

• Contact form submissions and related email correspondence: retained while your enquiry is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can follow up on ongoing conversations, then deleted.
• Hosting and email delivery logs: retained for a short operational period by our providers, typically a matter of weeks.
• Cookie choice and functional preferences: stored on your own device until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.

7. Who processes data on our behalf

We keep our supplier list deliberately small. The processors actually involved in running this website are:

• Our website hosting and application platform, which serves these pages and runs the contact form endpoint.
• Our managed cloud database, where contact form submissions are stored.
• Our transactional email provider, which delivers the internal notification and your acknowledgement email from our notify.idiasolution.com sending domain.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests these files from Google.
• Google Search Console, which we use to monitor how this site appears in search results. It reports aggregated search statistics, not individual visitor identities.

These providers act on our instructions under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We add no advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics scripts to this website.

8. International transfers

Our providers run global infrastructure, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data protected by the UK or EU GDPR is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with those providers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, withdraw consent, and receive it in a portable format. We honour these rights for all visitors, wherever you are.

To exercise any right, email team@idiasolution.com from the address you contacted us with. We respond within 30 days. Because this website has no accounts, a request usually means deleting your contact submission and related correspondence — we will confirm once that is done. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. How we protect information

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS, contact submissions are validated on the server before storage, stored data is encrypted at rest by our cloud provider, and access to the database is limited to the small number of people who need it. Read more on our Security & Privacy page.

11. Our products are separate

Products such as Learnidia, Mathidia, Chingelish and Healthidia run on their own websites with their own accounts, privacy policies and controls. This policy covers idiasolution.com only. When you follow a product link from here, the receiving site’s policy applies.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage. This website is currently in a trial and beta phase, as noted in our Disclaimer.
